Garden Hall – GH
The Garden Hall includes Garden One and the Garden Lounge, both joined together by a retraction of a moveable wall. The resulting hall has over 2800sq.ft. of space with 150 feet of south-facing windows. Our largest space, the Garden Hall is ideal for presentations, receptions and tradeshows.
Garden One- G1
Ideally suited for presentations, seminars, small conferences and AGMs as well as receptions and dinners, Garden One features great downtown views. A raised acoustic ceiling and a purpose-built A/V installation that provides multiple presentation screens.
Financial One – F1
This large room is the principle room the Financial Suite. Included with Financial One (F1) is its own private lounge for hospitality services and seating for lunch. As well, three boardrooms suitable for breakout sessions are available with additional breakouts room nearby on the 16th floor. Featuring large windows overlooking Pearl St.
Conservatory One- C1
Downtown city views and multiple lighting fixtures make this room ideal for both day meetings and evening events. Built-in presentation equipment with discreet sound system available.
Main Dining Room- MDR
Truly outstanding views of Lake Ontario and Toronto Island. With 12-foot-high ceilings, this space is unique for a Toronto office tower and perfect for both day and evening receptions as well as luncheons and dinners.
Caledonia Room- S7
An adaptable meeting room with a north view for both day meetings or, with the lights lowered, a beautiful reception with dinner.
St. Andrew’s Hall- S1
This room is popular for its Lake Ontario views through double-height windows, especially during winter sunset. With deep carpeting and fabric walls, this room is ideal for meetings, conferences, AGM’s, product launches, training courses, private lunches, dinners or receptions.
L2 Meeting Room
This square room is the largest in our L-Series of meeting rooms and is perfect for training seminars. Natural light and powered shades make for an energetic environment. All of our L-Series meeting rooms feature the comfortable UNO ergonomic chair as standard.
