Garden-Lounge
The Garden Lounge is the perfect complement to the Garden One conference room. The Lounge accomodates hospitality services and lunches. In the evening, the Lounge is perfect for private receptions and dinner events.
Conservatory-Lounge
This lounge can be used as a hospitality space for daytime meetings and can be easily transformed into an elegant space for private receptions and dinners. With custom wall sconces and stone-topped bar units to heighten the mood, all of which can be moved to suit your exact needs.
G2 Meeting Room
The Garden Two (G2) is our most flexible room. During the day it can be used a small meeting room or can be divided into 6 smaller breakout rooms, or 2 smaller meeting rooms by moving the dividing walls. In the evening use is for receptions or dinners.
Garden Hall – GH
The Garden Hall includes Garden One and the Garden Lounge, both joined together by a retraction of a moveable wall. The resulting hall has over 2800sq.ft. of space with 150 feet of south-facing windows. Our largest space, the Garden Hall is ideal for presentations, receptions and tradeshows.
Garden One- G1
Ideally suited for presentations, seminars, small conferences and AGMs as well as receptions and dinners, Garden One features great downtown views. A raised acoustic ceiling and a purpose-built A/V installation that provides multiple presentation screens.
E-Lounge
This private lounge is included in the Executive Suite which can be used for hospitality breaks, lunch and receptions. It is adjacent to the Executive One meeting room and the breakout rooms E2 and E3.
Financial-Lounge
This lounge can be used as a hospitality space for daytime meeting, used for a reception and dinner following a meeting. With natural light flowing into the space. The Financial Lounge is adjacent to the Financial One to which creates a private suite.
F2 Meeting Room
This room works well as a standalone, mid-sized meeting/training room or a breakout room for the larger conference room C1. Motorized screens and windows are a prominent feature of C2. Note that this room is denoted C2 when entered through the Conservatory Lounge.
Conservatory-Gallery
The Gallery is the perfect contemporary space for private events and receptions. Transformed by removing the wall between the Conservatory Lounge and Conservatory Two, the capacity becomes 200 people for receptions or 152 for seating in rounds. The room features wraparound views of King Street and University Avenue.
Conservatory One- C1
Downtown city views and multiple lighting fixtures make this room ideal for both day meetings and evening events. Built-in presentation equipment with discreet sound system available.
